Using our Alchemy bureau service, DocuManagement is able to offer a very cost-effective data archiving and retrieval service. Our clients typically send us tapes from their computers containing large reports, invoice runs, statements or payroll. In return they receive the data highly-compressed on CD-ROM with Alchemy retrieval software. As with the scanned-image Alchemy solutions there are many benefits:

Up to 500,000 data pages per CD
Free-text retrieval, named-field retrieval, plus structured table of contents
Forms-overlays - ideal for invoices
