Output Formats

1. Alchemy

DocuManagement are independent of any software manufacturer. A solution in regular use is Alchemy because it offers great value-for-money, is feature-rich and regulary updated. With it we can deliver:

multi-field indexing, plus structured table of contents
the latest file viewing tools - over 250 file formats and now including CAD & PDF
ultra-fast database searches
very up-to-date software
mixable storage locations - keep on CD/DVD - copy into Server/RAID or use any mixture
multi-user software - shareable across a network

The Alchemy software is also at the heart of our DATA Service, and will be used in our Web-hosted DMHosting service, maintaining continuity throughout the bureau.

2. PDF (Adobe Acrobat)

Adobe Acrobat PDF is an incredibly useful format to use in many circumstances.

If you:
need near-full-text searching
need to share documents quickly on the Web
need to convert books/manuals and retain the "feel" of the original

then our PDF service will be of use to you.

3. Customer-Specified

DocuManagement are able to provide output in any format the customer specifies. Many customers have existing document management systems or wish to develop their own in-house solutions. Documenagement have the expertise and experience to closely match their image and database output with the customer requirements.
